In addition properties are advertised through our prominent offices in Barnham and Yapton and through the local press.

Our fees are competitive and they are charged only if we assist in closing a sale of the property. These fees cover involvement in all of our normal marketing initiatives and the costs associated with our standard practice of having a trained member of staff familiar with the property accompany our applicants when conducting viewings.

After viewings feedback is given promptly to vendors and once a sale is agreed a dedicated member of our staff monitors the progress of the conveyancing process liaising between vendors and purchasers and their respective solicitors to keep the channels of communication open and to provide regular progress reports to all relevant parties.
